Early Orthodontics

Early orthodontic treatment, often referred to as Phase 1 or interceptive orthodontics, involves addressing dental and jaw development issues in children before all permanent teeth have erupted. The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that children have an evaluation appointment with a qualified orthodontist no later than age seven. By starting treatment early, we can take advantage of your child’s natural growth, making corrections easier and more efficient.
