  • Remove Invisalign® when you eat or drink anything except water

  • Rinse your aligners every time you remove them 

  • Store Invisalign® in the case when not in your mouth

  • Always put clean aligners on clean teeth

  • Only use lukewarm water on your aligners, never hot

  • Don’t let Invisalign® get too hot or too cold

  • Clean your aligners at least twice a day by brushing them and then rinsing them with lukewarm water
