  • We will examine your teeth and bite and take any necessary X-rays, photographs and digital scans.

  • You will typically wear your aligners for about 22 hours each day, removing them for meals, drinking anything besides water and brushing.

  • About every one to two weeks, you will switch to a new set of aligners as directed by your orthodontist.
